SAMUEL J. JASON, ESQ. – Of Counsel

Samuel J. Jason was admitted to practice law in California in April 1979. After completing his legal studies and obtaining an LLB in Law, he began his legal practice in Los Angeles. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and studied graduate-level courses in Geography.

Mr. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California and is an inactive member of the District of Columbia Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Military Appeals, United States Court of Custom and Patent Appeals Federal District Courts in California and United States District Courts in California.

After more than forty years of representing clients, Mr. Jason has crafted a practice that provides a wide range of legal services. During lectures and presentations in the United Kingdom and Italy he has provided concise and insightful advice to foreign clients. The presentations have provided general information to the interested public and resulted in personal planning sessions with individuals and corporations. After years of representing a wide range of international clients throughout his legal career, Mr. Jason has developed an expertise in trans-national legal issues. He has represented clients on various areas of law including but not limited to: corporate formation, general corporate matters, all forms of immigration, and matters before Federal and State courts. He believes that a broad and extensive understanding of a wide variety of legal issues allows him to

offer his clients comprehensive and successful representation. Recently he has had two waivers approved by Federal Administrative Boards that have allowed persons to remain in the United States permanently.

In 1988 Mr. Jason received the State Bar of California’s President Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and has served on a voluntary basis on various boards and committees of regional organizations. For six years Mr. Jason has served as a member of Board of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West in Los Angeles, providing direction for the Board of Directors on legal matters and has served on a variety of community and legal committees.
