RAFFAELE G. DI MARTINO, ESQ. – Managing Partner
Mr. Di Martino was born and raised in Italy before moving to the United States. A law graduate from the University of Rome, Mr. Di Martino advises his clients on cross-border related matters with a focus on corporate and commercial law, business immigration and real estate operations.
At the start of his legal career, Mr. Di Martino worked for two international law firms practicing in the area of business litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial Anti-Trust legal disputes.
In 2006 Mr. Di Martino joined the law firm of Jason and Associates whichlater became Jason, Di Martino and Associates where he started focusing on international business law. Mr. Di Martino has been instrumental to many foreign clients in establishing their business operations in the United States and he also acts as general counsel to a number of foreign entities with business interests in the United States.
In the course of his career Mr. Di Martino has also represented several celebrities and athletes and today Mr. Di Martino assists clients with business interests spanning from California, through Florida to New York.
Mr. Di Martino is an attorney admitted in the states of Louisiana and California, the United States Court Central District for California. He frequently lectures in Europe and in the U.S. on topics of corporate and immigration law.
