Attorney Di Martino was born and raised in Italy before moving to the United States. He is the founder and principal of the Di Martino Law Group and is an attorney licensed to practice in the states of California and Louisiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Attorney Di Martino previously worked for two international law firms focusing on corporate law and complex Anti-Trust litigation.
Since 2006 Attorney Di Martino has been practicing in international business law, corporate law and business immigration. He has been instrumental to many foreign companies and entrepreneurs in establishing or expanding their business operations in the United States. He currently acts as general counsel to a number of foreign corporate entities that have business interests in the United States.
Attorney Di Martino’s practice today is focused on corporate, immigration and real estate management and operations. He frequently lectures at home and abroad on U.S. business law and comparative law issues.
Mr. Di Martino is an attorney on the recommended lists of the Consulates General of Italy in Los Angeles and Houston and the Consulates General of Switzerland and Turkey in Los Angeles.

Samuel J. Jason, Esq. – Of Counsel
Samuel J. Jason was admitted to practice law in California in April 1979. After completing his legal studies and obtaining an LLB in Law, he began his legal practice in Los Angeles. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and studied graduate-level courses in Geography.
Mr. Jason is a member of the State Bar of California and is an inactive member of the District of Columbia Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Ninth Circuit of the United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Military Appeals, United States Court of Custom and Patent Appeals Federal District Courts in California and United States District Courts in California.
After more than thirty years of representing clients, Mr. Jason has crafted a practice that provides a wide range of legal services. During lectures and presentations in the United Kingdom and Italy he has provided concise and insightful advice to foreign clients. The presentations have provided general information to the interested public and resulted in personal planning sessions with individuals and corporations. After years of representing a wide range of international clients throughout his legal career, Mr. Jason has developed an expertise in trans-national legal issues. He has represented client on various areas of law including but not limited to; corporate formation, general corporate matters, all forms of immigration, and matters before Federal and State courts. He believes that a broad and extensive understanding of a wide variety of legal issues allows him to offer his clients comprehensive and successful representation. Recently he has had two waivers approved by Federal Administrative Boards that have allowed persons to remain in the United States permanently.
In 1988 Mr. Jason received the State Bar of California’s President Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and has served on a voluntary basis on various boards and committees of regional organizations. For the past six years he has served as a Board member of the Italian American Chamber of Commerce West, providing direction for the Board of Directors on legal matters and has served on a variety of community and legal committees.

Antonluca Matarazzo – Foreign Associate
Antonluca Matarazzo, a native of Italy, is an Italian qualified lawyer in the Di Martino Law Group office in Los Angeles. After obtaining his law degree in 2005 from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata“, he was admitted to the State Bar of Italy in 2008. Antonluca worked for over 8 years as the head of the Legal Department for a large civil construction and renewable energy company based out in Europe before moving to the United States.
At the start of his career, Antonluca has gained considerable experience in corporate and international law, Project Financing, due diligence and contract law. The primary focus of his practice was representing international industrial groups and Italian and foreign SMEs, doing business abroad on a variety of commercial transactions with a particular focus on M&A, corporate, real estate, renewable energy.
He has also worked on cross-border commercial transactions in many different countries across Europe and Africa, in the United Arab Emirates and in the Middle-East. During his career he has assisted clients both in the Financial and Manufacturing sectors for project development and market penetration. He has conducted several important investment transactions mostly executed in Europe, in the renewable energy, water and infrastructure sectors.
Antonluca is of assistance to Italian clients especially in the areas of commercial, real estate and corporate law. He has also assisted several American and Italian clients in cross-border litigation between U.S. and Italy.

New Orleans Office – Veleka Eskinde, Esq. – Of Counsel
Attorney Veleka Eskinde, is a compassionate, skilled and diligent self-starter and her professional and educational backgrounds have prepared her for continual growth in the legal field. As reflected in Attorney Eskinde’s resume, she has earned significant legal experience as a solo attorney, senior research attorney, and administrative skills as the Administrative General Counsel at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, as a paralegal/associate at Spears and Spears law firm in New Orleans, and through her tenure as a volunteer attorney at the Pro Bono Project. While working closely with Louisiana appeals court judges, Attorney Eskinde conducted extensive and independent research of civil, criminal, and administrative matters, interpreted local, state and federal laws, and prepared bench memoranda, opinions, orders, and writ dispositions on a wide range of legal issues. Attorney Eskinde has reviewed and analyzed applications for rehearing and miscellaneous supervisory writ applications and various motions pertaining to both civil and criminal matters. She drafted more than 300 legal opinions and recommendations.
Attorney Eskinde attended Xavier University of Louisiana, where she majored in English, Political Science, Chemistry Premed, and Art. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1994. Attorney Eskinde pursued her legal studies at Southern University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2001. Attorney Eskinde later earned a Masters of Arts in English Literature (concentration in British and American literature) in 2006. Attorney Eskinde’s superior editing skills are renowned. Attorney Eskinde has experience in family law, civil litigation (plaintiff), estate planning, alternative dispute resolution (both domestic and civil, commercial and employment mediation), business entity formation, traffic court cases, appellate practice and notarial services. She also drafts appellate briefs on a contract-fee basis.
