Attorney Di Martino was born and raised in Italy before moving to the United States. He is the founder and principal of the Di Martino Law Group and is an attorney licensed to practice in the states of California and Louisiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Attorney Di Martino previously worked for two international law firms focusing on corporate law and complex Anti-Trust litigation.
Since 2006 Attorney Di Martino has been practicing in international business law, corporate law and business immigration. He has been instrumental to many foreign companies and entrepreneurs in establishing or expanding their business operations in the United States. He currently acts as general counsel to a number of foreign corporate entities that have business interests in the United States.
Attorney Di Martino’s practice today is focused on corporate, immigration and real estate management and operations. He frequently lectures at home and abroad on U.S. business law and comparative law issues.

Attorney Veleka Eskinde, is a compassionate, skilled and diligent self-starter and her professional and educational backgrounds have prepared her for continual growth in the legal field. As reflected in Attorney Eskinde’s resume, she has earned significant legal experience as a solo attorney, senior research attorney, and administrative skills as the Administrative General Counsel at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, as a paralegal/associate at Spears and Spears law firm in New Orleans, and through her tenure as a volunteer attorney at the Pro Bono Project. While working closely with Louisiana appeals court judges, Attorney Eskinde conducted extensive and independent research of civil, criminal, and administrative matters, interpreted local, state and federal laws, and prepared bench memoranda, opinions, orders, and writ dispositions on a wide range of legal issues. Attorney Eskinde has reviewed and analyzed applications for rehearing and miscellaneous supervisory writ applications and various motions pertaining to both civil and criminal matters. She drafted more than 300 legal opinions and recommendations.
Attorney Eskinde attended Xavier University of Louisiana, where she majored in English, Political Science, Chemistry Premed, and Art. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 1994. Attorney Eskinde pursued her legal studies at Southern University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2001. Attorney Eskinde later earned a Masters of Arts in English Literature (concentration in British and American literature) in 2006. Attorney Eskinde’s superior editing skills are renowned. Attorney Eskinde has experience in family law, civil litigation (plaintiff), estate planning, alternative dispute resolution (both domestic and civil, commercial and employment mediation), business entity formation, traffic court cases, appellate practice and notarial services. She also drafts appellate briefs on a contract-fee basis.

He is co-author of the book “Il recuperodeicreditiinternazionali” published by “Ipsoagruppo Wolters Kluwer” in 2010.
He has been a speaker and a lecturer in many seminars and workshops in international law, specifically in the branches of commercial, financial, contract and corporate law, in cooperation with various entrepreneurs’ associations and Chambers of Commerce, as well as with private institutions such as the International Research Institute of London.
He is a member of the Legal Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, and counsel for Assolombarda as well as lecturer for “NIBI” (NuovoIstituto di Business Internazionale) in Milan.
He has been appointed by the US Consulate in Milan as a counsel for the US Consulate itself.
